Biography

Attorney Tony Hahn has spent the past 24 years as an attorney in the personal injury world, primarily as a personal injury litigation defense attorney. Before joining Gruber Law Offices, Attorney Hahn was a Shareholder/Attorney at Devine Hahn, a boutique litigation firm. His decision to join our team and shift his focus entirely toward advocating for injured individuals reflects his desire to make a meaningful and concrete difference in clients’ lives.

Throughout his career, Tony has had extensive experience in personal injury law, focusing on defense litigation and representing insurance companies. His background includes significant work in insurance coverage disputes, bad-faith litigation, labor and employment law, product liability, construction defects, traumatic brain injuries, and trucking litigation. While much of his career has involved defending insurers, Tony successfully represented many plaintiffs over the years as well. 

Tony has an impressive legal skillset and a strong desire to positively impact our community.  He is empathetic and patient yet an aggressive and zealous advocate.

Tony grew up in a small town near Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997 and earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2000. Over the years, he has received numerous accolades, professional memberships and designations. Tony is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Illinois and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Tony has successfully tried numerous jury trials and court trials and has represented clients before administrative bodies. He has argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and drafted briefs resulting in several published state and federal appellate decisions.

Outside of his legal career, Tony is deeply committed to his family. He and his wife reside in Franklin with their two high-school-aged sons. They spend much of their free time supporting their sons’ sports activities, traveling, and cheering on Wisconsin’s sports teams.
